Bao Xishun, is a herdsman from Inner Mongolia and he stands 7 feet 9 inches; his wife is 5’6″.
He was in the news in December after he used his long arms to save two dolphins by pulling plastic out of their stomachs.
The dolphins got sick after nibbling on plastic from the edge of their pool at an aquarium in Liaoning province. Attempts to use surgical instruments to remove the plastic failed because the dolphins’ stomachs contracted in response to the instruments.

dude i bet he pounds his wife….look she can give him head standing up..just like a midget
I don't know that he does much pounding, he looks like he's in not so good of shape from trying to support all of that extra weight and bone mass (giggidy) from being so tall. That's probably why he uses the canes to help him walk. Though, maybe he's lucky and she likes doing all the work. That would be a plus.
