I'm sure they got the horse out. They usually get the firemen ) to do things like this – getting bulls moose out of swimming pools, (oh yeah it happened) puppies out of pipes and so much more. (though these look like construction workers they may be waiting for the fire crew) Usually the animals are ok or can be patched up. Not just heroes to people
