Yeah, it is the new Army Service Uniform, which is pretty much a reuqired purchase for all new Officers, as it is set to completely replace the Class A uniform by the end of either this year or the 2012. And from the looks of their uniforms, they’re all Second Lieutenants (2LT) in the Quartermaster Corps, though I could be mistaken.
