Leo: please would you cover the steps in more detail. When you put the bacon dreamcatcher on the baked burger, it looked like there was cheese or something on the dreamcatcher. What do you do with the onion and garlic that are in the picture? I want to make it for a dinner party for a few friends. Thanks for posting it. I can’t wait to give it a try. What burger/fat ratio do you use; 80/20 or ?

split it into 20 pieces & you’ve still got 500 calories.
hey but u could make this w/ personal 5″ pizzas, lean ground beef, reduced fat cheese, low fat bacon… hey and you’ll save yourself A TON of fat and calories and saturated fat and sodium and… well everything.
looks really good if your stoned, I would make it , but would have to make a thin burger for inbetween ,thats just alot of beef.but great recipe .

Made it except instead of a bacon dream catcher i made a bacon weave and rolled cheese in that then put it inside of the hamburger. It was awesome.
