I totally agree lol. On an honest note, from a former diver: They are having to hold their bodies in really hard positions while doing flips and twists. A lot of what they are doing requires strength and they have to hold onto their legs which can be hard to grip. Then they have to make sure not to land on their stomach from 7 meters up….
