Seems like the youth of Russia have more fun than over here in America. Or at least allowed to. If someone over here did that, there would be cops called within a couple of minutes

I’ve seen this same thing happen here in the states a few times so no the police wouldn’t be called necessarily. Happened a couple times at the university of michigan, same thing at university of georgia and a public fountain in kansas city.
