Anyone who looks at this vid and thinks that he is introducing his staff to Medvedev (sic) knows nothing about body behavoir/language. The Disgust that appears on Obama’s face by the 2nd time he is snubbed a handshake is clearly visable.

Spin it anyway you want —Obama is not respected in Russia. Wether this disrespect is based on race or ideology, well I leave that open to debate. But this would never have happened to Reagan, or even Bush for that matter.
