Hmm, man jumping into the whole in the ice may be a charity event. Up in nother parts of the United States some places have charity events called Freezin for a Reason. There is a while cut in the ice that looks much like that one and people jump into it one by one, they get people to sponser them to do this. Though of corse when it happens where I am there are alot of paramedics there and divers in suits at the ready just in case something goes wrong. Those people may be outside of the frame. That or it is crazy polar bears.
Some people do regularly swim in icy water in Finland and other places, it isn’t dangerous if you know what you’re doing.
