2 & 3 are Greg Valentine (or something like that) and are not photoshopped. He actually blew his arm up like that with Synthol, a synthetic oil that just sits there It’s not like steroids or hormones or anything else that promotes growth—it’s more like silicon implants in breasts. He really screwed himself up.
