RE: I agree that there probably isn’t the eelemnt of justifiable reliance necessary for fraud. But if they put in a view or other substantive amenities that aren’t actually there (more than just the blue sky or a fire which are continuously changing anyway), it might rise to a level of deceptive conduct that could cause an issue with the Department of Licensing.
