Obviously the first page has been tampered with. In Britain today, the policeman would only be chasing the “terrorist” to ask him if he wants to file charges against the engineering plant because he got scratched going over the concertina wire.

Similarly, the last page is wrong, too. The one on the sidewalk is being hauled off for cracking the head of a local youth as he came through the back door after the telly. The one going into the wagon had just attempted to buy a set of steak knives.
