Looks like a Hillman Imp bonnet, Mini wheels (same stud pattern), perhaps an Imp engine under the rear “hood”.

Probably a lot of fun to drive being that close to the ground. What would make it even cooler is if it was custom design of their own, or some vehicle that isn’t a well known mod already. Original Batmobile>Lincoln Futura concept>Ford Thunderbird. Not taking anything away from their hard work, just my opinion.
