An innovative artist has revealed a bizarre collection of life-like sculptures – made entirely from butter.
Jim Victor has created effigies of a cow riding a motorbike, a girl carrying milk churns and another girl lying on a bed wearing only a bikini.
Also included in the dairy collection are a detailed model of a farm and a sculpture of a farmer milking a cow.
The sculptures can take Jim up to a month to craft in his special workshop, which is kept to a temperature of just under 13 degrees to ensure the butter doesn’t melt.
And 63 year old Jim says that working at that low temperature means the butter behaves exactly like clay and is easy to mould.
This sculpture is called ‘Portrait of Talia’ and is life-size.
