*rolls eyes* 15 is a floor that converts to a pool. It’s just covering the water, and very slowly sinks down into the water, letting the water seep up past the edges.

Jeff,I saw a show about this on American television, so you don't need to question its veracity. Actually, the floor doesn't descend. The area around the pool, including the windows, walls, and drapes, rises, as the water fills the growing space.
