No. As I recall, when this occurred a few years ago, the river was way up, current was very swift.
The pilot had slipped the barges through, then planned to tie up while another tug caught the barges and secured them. The up river pilot missed his chance and got sucked under the bridge. He rode the whole thing out, still had one engine running. I understand he ran the tug aground until they could get everything sorted out.

fake. looks at pics # 6 and # 7. Look at the top of the bridge. pic #7 is taken from the other side of the bridge to make it look like the ship went under the bridge. but it didn’t. the pic is just taken from the other side of the brigde
