People are fat because they are lazy. It’s a simple formula: Burn more calories than you consume and you lose weight. Burn less, you gain weight. If you’re going to eat one of these delicious monstrosities, make sure you don’t follow it up with 5 hours of TV or video games.

@Anonymous (if that even is your real name!) after I watched Man Vs Food, I discovered something average Joe America isn’t fat because he eats loads of meals, they just get awesome portions, back in the day we’d get portions like this for £2, nowadays you’re lucky to find a snack under £2 and when you do it’s usually microscopic in size, I’d fucking love to live in America purely based on this fact!

@ChrisDG74 Although I slightly agree with this I can’t fully agree with it, mainly due to myself. I’ve been stuck at 9 stone since I was 15, I eat a shit load a day, I mean about two meals worth more than ‘normal’, if you go by those shitty, stupid Guideline Daily Amounts I consume at least 300% more of everything than I should. So I used to walk 4 miles a day but haven’t done for about four years, because I moved, so I switched to getting the bus, then when I moved again it’s less than a mile walk to work, the rest of the day at work I’m sat down, I only get up to go smoke, when i get home I sit and play video games and watch movies… Explain why I’m not a fat fuck! I honestly wish I could put on weight but I don’t think I could possibly eat more or exercise less!!!

jesus, is everyone a fucking moron? youre not fat because you eat garbage. Everything is genetics. if you have a shitty metabolisim, youre ass is going to get fat. the foods you see here arent the problem, its processed foods like the giant franchises, such as mcdonalds and burger king(I FUCKING HATE BURGER KING). But results are the same all over the world. i live in germany, and i see fat fucks everywhere i go. so, to point the finger at americans for being disgusting fat bodies is fucking redundant. if you have a high metabolism, youre going to be skinny, because your body processes food/energy at a higher rate, while the contrast, your body stores energy. theres all kinds of diets out there, but you need to find what works for you, if you want to stay in shape. me, i eat small portions of food i like, i excersize and i drink a lot of water. (id like to point out, im AMERICAN, and that has nothing to do with weight. quit pointing the finger when europeans and canadians are just as fat. )

I realise my metabolism will catch up with around 30 . “To point the finger at americans for being disgusting fat bodies is fucking redundant.” Not really, 93.5% of American Samoa is overweight, 66.7% of the US, although Germany isn’t far behind at 66.5%, and the UK hit #10 at 61% so ‘just as fat’ is also an exaggeration . I’ve never said America is the only fat country, hell there’s plenty of fat bastards in the UK, it’s just seen as ‘American Fat’ due to the fast food chains filling people up with addictive chem’s and fatty shit.

And like I said this isn’t fatty food, this is decent portions!
