In Downtown Tulsa locals stepped outside to see a car sticking out of an upper level of a parking garage. All we know for sure is that the car broke through the building from a parking garage at about 2 p.m. Wednesday. However, nobody really knows what happened but if I had to take a guess I’d say emos were behind it.
Hopefully you are using the term “guy” in the title loosely.

I'd have to say this guy actually pretty damn lucky… seems like he was pretty close to an 80 foot fall.
Drives me nut seeing people driving such beautiful cars and not really knowing how to drive…
