My wife and in-laws all go with option B. I’ve been telling them that they are wrong for 5 years now. I’ve even gone so far as to say, “You people are only one step removed from wiping your asses with your hands.” After that comment, last Thanksgiving was pretty awkward.

As a tall person, I cannot stand option “A”. I cannot even see the dangling paper when its set up this way. Option “B” FTW.

The only valid reason for A is if you have a pet that plays with your toilet paper. Other than that, over, always over. That is something I check when visiting a mans place. Toilet paper goes over, cool…we are TP compatible.
