Looks like an ocelot, you can get them as exotic pet cats, you can also get oce-cats, which are a cross between and ocelot and a house cat.

I’m pretty sure thats a serval not an ocelot. You can buy servals at exotic pet stores too. How fuckin cool would it be to have a serval and take it to a dog park? All the dogs would be barking and humping each other then your awesome serval cat starts roaring and hunting small game. I would die happy.
