I believe that last pic is called an Ontos from the Vietnam era. I thought it was designed for jungle fighting. The troops loved the recoilless rifle against the bush so they mounted a shitload of them on a track.
#4: Not a mannequin, that’s a dude. There have been several cases of battlefield rescue where they can’t wait for the Blackhawks (or it’s to hot) so the haul the injured guy up onto that ‘ledge’ and fly him out of there on the Apache.

The only problem with the Ontos (Greek for “monster”) was that somebody had to get out to reload. Not a fun thing to do in a firefight.
