1. Ted Theodore Logan (Bill & Ted, Speed, Lake House, Replacements)
2. Serious Ted Theodore Logan (Matrix, Day the Earth Stood Still, Constantine)

Since 2 > 1, Keanu is a greater actor than Will Smith.

You’re correct. Since, in The Matrix, the star was supposed to be confused the whole time, Keanu was the right man, complete with confused/frustrated facial expression throughout.

most of these were better off with the switch, only a handfull would have been better imo with the original actor they wanted, faceoff being the biggest example.

Hate to disagree with the list…but it was actually Leo DiCaprio who was originally suppose to play Patrick Bateman in “American Psycho”…publicly confirmed by the author of the novel, Bret Easton Ellis. Though I have to say Ed Norton in that role would have been bad ass.
