Personally it's over-rated. Sure its all made of marble and gold plated everything and a diamond chandelier and a Bossendorfer 290 piano….But I mean shit I could rent a warehouse, a Mackie or L-Acoustics sound system, a local DJ, a few sundown security fellas and invite half the town and party all week long, for half that.

Plus they got all the fancy furniture…from my experience everything overpriced is usually under-comfort, unless its velour..fuck those straw chairs man. Probably cost 1500 each but i wouldnt sit on one for more than 10 minutes.
