#1 was not photoshopped, the dog's arm is fine. It just wouldn't go outstretched any farther. Animals sit funny sometimes, though not for long. I think it's just a change of position for their muscles, temporarily. I'm sure he adjusted himself to a more comfortable position several seconds or so after the pic was taken. It's a funny shot!
While I think photoshopping makes for plenty of funny pictures, I'm personally tired of so MUCH of it. It really TAKES AWAY from the humor of REAL funny pics, IMO.
