What's the use of wallpapers if you place a big ugly watermark on them?

Can you guys PLEASE stop adding YOUR watermark to things that are obvioulsy Not your work, original or meant for wallpapers? It really does suck, especially since some of these are amazing photographs and having your (sorry) ugly logo dropped into the bottom kinda ruins it.

I can do it while I am removing the Chive watermark which will take me about 15 seconds – or as long as it takes other people to post a comment bitching about the Chive's watermark, which, by the way, they are not going to remove.

theCHIVE logo is present so if you do download one of these wallpapers, you are constantly reminded about how much you love coming to your favorite site and enjoying the photos for free. Further more, we are not claiming ownership of these photos -the watermark says, "Posted At theCHIVE" not "Owned by theCHIVE"
We are working on the photo size issue. I uploaded all the photos as 1920×1080, but they are being automatically reduced to 1024×576 for some reason. Stay tuned..
Shouldn't the watermark be reworked in order to read "Reposted At theChive" or even "ReReposted At theChive"? At least this way you would be telling the truth.
