Why should she be publicly noticed just for doing a stunt like this to get another job? I'm sure there are other people who have done things like this only to not get noticed and perhaps get sued by their employer. Sure, the 'underlings' get screwed everyday, that's the way it is and has always been and probably always will be. It's called life, so get used to it. Better than being in the unemployment line or living under a bridge. Can't stand stupid publicity stunts like this one.

U go girl..it's about time these hotshots in authority get put in their place..where's the respect we were used to in the olden days??? Great managers treat everyone the way they want to be treated..being in authority does not mean you have CONTROL, it merely means you are responsible for the final decisions that you make for the good of ALL your team players..that is what management is all about! Like they say ..be careful with those you meet on the way up because they are the same ones you meet on the way down. Maybe Mr. Spencer didn't get that lesson in Management 101!!
