I was on my way down here to say that I vomited a little when I saw that. Not because they are gross, which in a way they are, but because of what the parents have to be thinking in order to allow their kids to be put through that, much less put their kids through that themselves.

#16 it's not a parenting issue, in fact it's an emergency evacuation ocurred in Mexico. A nursery had to be evacuated beacuse there was a gas leak in the neighborhood. People evacuates all children and babies using any vehicle availabe. This action saved these babies. So this pic doesn't belong here.

I think the sign probably means children who are not of the same gender as the parent trying to bring them to the bathroom, i.e. a father and infant or toddler daughter or a mother and infant/toddler son.
