So squashing a load of waste objects into a useluss, ugly block is now considered as 'recycling' is it? Surely taking the old bikes and making them into new bikes would be a better solution? That obelisk will have a bit of a problem with rust I think and will quickly become unstable, by which time the metals will be useless. Such a waste…
