My friend: If you Germans took basic lessons in the language of your neighboring countries, you would have known that the it's the same words for Germany as for the Netherlands.
Rumor has it there are non-English speaking people in England…and Australia…and about a third of the rest of the world so this could be anywhere. Also, many postal and newspaper vehicles in Europe have the steering wheel on the right. Germans take their driving pretty seriously and they have a strange sense of humor so I think this could be a German joke about female British drivers. I've just wasted my time and yours and I am sorry.

Actually UNIX timestamp (or EPOCH) starts at 1-1-1970. But you're probably right that the EPOCHbug is the problem here
