the third one is COLMAR where I am born in France -Alsace.
FYI, Miyazaki take over some cityscapes of Colmar for his animation film : Howl's Moving Castle
Should add also that COLMAR is the city where the statue Liberty's designer is born : Bartholdi

#19 is a pic of the "Island in the Sky" area of Canyonlands NP in southern Utah. It's among the most beautiful places I have ever seen. The Needles area of the park is even better.

#7 is Moraine Lake in Banff National Park, Alberta, Canada. I never get tired of going back there.
