If it looks like an animal and acts like an animal, it's an animal. Unborn babies are what they are, they do not magically become something when they pop out. There is no special baby-sauce in the vaginal canal that makes them all of a sudden a baby when they were not before. Just as babies born early are *gasp* still BABIES!!! If that weren't the case, they would not be.

I believe that this is from the National Geographics' In The Womb series. I've seen the Dog and Cat episode. It's amazing. I'd like to see the Elephant episode myself.

Hate to rain on the parade, but as someone mentioned earlier this was for channel 4/nat geo's animals in the womb series which used footage and scans, but these are however excellent true to life models/animatronics used in the show not the real thing
