19 – i've seen similar twice on roadtrips over the past 5-10 yrs. it's definitely a good funny but it's not unique among truckers that do flatbed hauling.
Most buildings do not have a 13th floor. That's not special that's just how it is. And in China and most Chinatown areas buildings don't have any floors ending with the number 4. Complete fail on all parties involved.

Regarding the thirteenth floor thing, it is not just the thirteenth floor that is excluded from buildings.
In hotels the thirteenth room is gone and in hospitals they avoid a room or ward thirteen as well.
For me though thirteen will always be my lucky number.
Floors on certain buildings are inaccessible to regular people. Usually a special elevator or service elevator for those floors. Nothing new
