Would #18 be true as there are no full stops (periods for US citizens) to differentiate the end of the sentence. ie "the next sentence is true the previous sentence is false". Without the full stop it's just one sentence, so you don't know what came before and after that line! And is therefore not a linguistic impossibility.

eg Chive Sucks. The next sentence is true the previous sentence is false. Chive is the greatest!

Actually you're wrong. If you're stating that it is happening now, the decision was made earlier. "Will" is used for future events if you are making the decision then and there. Once the decision has been made, one must use "going to". The sentence isn't logically, but grammatically, flawed. It should read, "My nose is going to grow now," to be grammatically correct.

…and if you're going to respond to a Chive post with a smarmy, better-than-you attitude, then yes, we ARE lame. (See what I did there?)
