A fake eye is like a contact lens but much thicker. Drunk people always assume you are referring to the length of your tongue. Once they are baited I just remove the fake eye and lick it. Boom free beer.
I've got a feeling that actual prosthetic eyes are moulded to the shaped of the socket, which isn't normally spherical as you'd imagine. An old school friend had one and they took a mould of his socket first. I'd therefore imagine that the above are just decorative pieces!, Perhaps Corb could correct me on this.
