can someone explain to me why goldeneye gets all the love, and perfect dark is seen as a disappointing follow up? i've never understood it? is it simply because goldeneye was the original and perfect dark wasn't better enough?
certainly every update they made to perfect dark was AWESOME (multi-player using cpu's for epic 20-man battles, a tonnnnn of different multi-player settings [like 20 different game modes like king of the hill and protect the case and stuff, with/without radar, all the best bond maps plus like 100 more awesome ones, more specificity of guns, difficulty of different cpu's, save/load settings for favorite setups], multiple uses for each gun, ability to play against a friend as the bad guy in campaign mode, the objectives or challenges or whatever they were called, which were basically preset multiplayer modes that were increasingly retardedly impossible to win in [if you didn't play Perfect Dark, you just wouldn't understand unless i spent like 3 paragraphs explaining the epicness])
i could go on and on and on (i mean, i didn't even mention the customizable characters for multiplayer and stuff)
