Two foreigners go gun shopping in the US -like kids in a candy store (20 photos)

  • StrifeNL

there's more guns in that one store then my entire province.

    • NomNomGirls

Excellent, we'll be arriving shortly to take over. Consider it retaliation for Celine Dion.

      • My heart will go on

Celine told me to tell u to suck it

    • Greedo

      You're an Idiot.

    • drbeene

I have to do it: your subject/verb agreement is awful. If you're going to rip on America, at least make yourself look just a little educated. Glass houses, Canada.

    • Neil

Pretty ignorant of your fellow countrymen when you think a Province in Canada has less guns than that.

    • vince
    • truthiness

Over 1.8 million licensed firearm owners in Canada and an estimated 5 million have not bothered to register their firearms…yes that was plural. Cubic ass load of guns in Canada.

  • BigDingo

    Трахнитесь Да!

    (F*CK YEAH!)

    • aleXTC

don't know what he said but he's right

  • jyear

  • NeuroticMatt

Thank God America's gun laws are so fucking awesome.

    • guest

Yeah just don't go to PA… their gun laws suck….

      • GTO

PA gun laws are weird. I live here and me no likely

    • FkGodNtheAss

God doesn't exist. Your comment is irrelevant.

      • WhiteGuyAtWork

You can tell him when you meet him because that's when you become irrelevant.

        • jwwiggles

how can he tell him when god doesn't exist?

    • The Real D. Nozzle
      • Nerf

        I love a happy ending.

      • Peabody

Dear Douche. Taking people hostage is already illegal.

    • coocoocuchoo

if God was real he would think you were a fucking retard.

  • joeybeadz

    Guns are fun

    • Pro Shooter

You are the main reason we need better gun laws. Guns are not a toy, they are a tool. if they used properly they can be good, if used badly, you have a problem. Make sure you never get caught on the business end of one.

      • Greedo

Also a moron with irrational fear of innanimate objects. Guns ARE fun. Ask any sport shooter.

        • Pro Shooter

Sport shooter, what the fuck is that? some body that shoot cans for sport?

          • mattythegooch

            Shooting Skeet…………….awwwww, skeet skeet skeet!!

            • top dog

Skeet shooting is sport shooting? I…I didn't know that. My meat gun will skeet…a few times. Hehehehe!!

          • Can Shooter

I shoot cans for sport all the time…..Afri-cans, Mexi-cans and Puerto Ri-cans

          • Meat Pouch

  • merica
  • Craven Morhead

Say hello to my little friend

    • Danimal

Were you talking about the midget behind the counter?

  • Diana Santos

    #1- that's a really big gun o.0

    • Bob in accounting

Thats what she said. oh wait she did say it. im confused

    • Shogun

its not for shooting just taking apart and learning how it works. But from the comments it would scare 80% of chivers if pulled out….yes chivers, pulled out.

      • Diana Santos

        understood…thanks 🙂

      • WhiteGuyAtWork

        Chivers should always pull out

    • Stevo

Diana Santos looks like the neighbour that I'd ignore in my pointless pursuit of the hot, popular chick, only years later to blossom into a stunning and deep young woman. I would realise my feelings were for her all along, we would collapse into each others' arms, floodgates releasing years of pent-up emotion.
Then I'd finger her in the snow.

      • Diana Santos

        and after that become gay….:*

  • GTO

There is nothing wrong with owning a firearm and knowing how to use it efficiently, effectively, and safely.

That short/shoe combo on the pinko commie is however, very wrong

    • The Real D. Nozzle

Except that when used efficiently and effectively someone dies. Otherwise, yeah. Go shoot some shit redneck.

      • GTO

sorry buddy, not a 'redneck', but I would love to work on a farm out in the sun, which is where that word comes from.

I wont get into an argument with you, but you are obviously ignorant of other kinds of people and what they might enjoy. lawful gun owners do not go around shooting people. idiots do, and more often than not, with illegal weapons.

you should broaden your knowledge of your fellow man. then maybe you would not be so ignorant.

      • GTO

also, you will be one of the first to die in the upcoming zombie apocalypse. just saying

      • Norm

Wow uninformed and prejudiced. Funny how those two things seem to come hand in hand with anti-gun owners.

  • pente

Homer Simpson gun shopping at Blood Bath and Beyond . . . "aw, I don't want to wait three days, I'm angry now!"

    • mattythegooch

"If I had a gun right now, I'd shoot you!"

      • Rega

        Yeah, well you don't

    • Jadon Brenda

the quote is "AK-47 when you absolutely have to kill every motherfucker in the room accept no substitutes"

  • The El Conquistador

Round these parts we call that a normal Saturday…?

  • top dog

Tourist #1 America have big fuck guns.
Tourist #2 Yes, we take home to Russia and fuck shoot up place.
Tourist #1 We never get in Russia, Putin would kick asses if catch us.
Tourist #2 We must be very careful, hide guns well so no one find….HAHAHAhaaaaaa!!!!

    • no name

      Fucking hilarious.

      • sarcasm alert

I see what you did there.

  • Gunny

What in the hell is this garbage, Leo? You should have become a referee as there isn't an ounce of funny in this post. From now on, you are going to be my Private Bore! I bet you lost your virginity giving some low dollar prostitute a 10 second ride!

    • thetech2

if she only pays low dollars then she only gets a ten second ride

    • leo

      fuck you gunny

  • dajesus

I avoid needing an arsenal by not wearing flowery short-shorts. It's going okay.

  • Cobretti

    Awesome. I love the States.

90 guns per 100 citizens in the US. Second place? Yemen, with 60. Fourth place? IRAQ, with 40.

Switzerland is third, but they have mandatory military conscription.

  • The Real D. Nozzle

statistics showing that more people die in car accidents than from guns do not prove that it is easier to kill with a car than a gun.

Also, I believe the word you are looking for is "sentence." Might be excusable misspelling if "a" and "e" were closer together on the keyboard. That's the thing – people who are pro guns always seem to be the dumbest in the batch.

    • Bob

But it proves that cars are much more dangerous. Go be irrational somewhere else.

      • The Real D. Nozzle

        You're right, I'm a hysterical woman.

    • The

"DOES not prove", Might be an excusable mistake if you wern't a hysterical woman. That's the thing about Anti gun people. They always seem to be hysterical women.

      • The Real D. Nozzle

      • Moose

Sorry, The, but it should be "statistics… do not prove…" Might have been an excusable mistake if you weren't correcting someone's grammar. That's the thing about definite articles. They always seem to confuse noun/verb agreement.

      • The Real D. Nozzle

"statistics" is plural. "do" modifies "statistics." Based on your grammar, the sentence might as well read "statistics does not prove nothing." You're just wrong.

Bob – it doesn't prove anything between the two. if one gun was used every time one car was used and the "statics" still showed that more people died from cars than guns, ok, you're right. I am quite certain that "static" doesn't exist, so you remain flat out wrong, logically speaking that is.

and there is an impostor D. Nozzle. I might be a hysterical woman, but I wouldn't admit it here.

    • truthiness

I've notice people that live in cities are more gun control oriented than those that live in light rural to rural communities. Just my limited experience of course. I believe it has less to do with politics than practicality. I worked at a consolidate emergency center in a community that covered both rural and small city areas for several years. I think perspective is required for both sides. I know when people have 40-45 minute response times from law enforcement they are much more apt to be pro gun. Less so for the folk that live in town and have shorter response times.

      • Peabody

When seconds count, police are only minutes away.

      • The Real D. Nozzle

whoa dude, that was way too reasoned for the chive. or any comment board for that matter.

I just might add that those in the city are also concerned with stray bullets far more than those in the country.

      • Peabody

Hmm… you might want to look to Canada to see just how politically driven gun control actually is.

  • Gecko

why is there a Shoulder-Mounted ROCKET LAUNCHER for Sale?

    • Bacon

      Because America. That's why.

  • gator

at least end this post with boobs….. just sayin

  • a.i

freedom arms???? i'm amazed by how many people buy the whole "guns and army protect our freedom" shit…

    • Zombie

You clearly don't know anything about history or crime. I'm amazed by how many people are so naive and blind.

      • Cantkillcastro

Its all good to be trusting of the government to protect you and handle crime…. right until you find a cracked-out pedophile with a knife climbing through your daughter's bedroom window, or you walk out of the thrifty-mart bathroom to see some little piece of shit pistol whipping an 80 year old Korean lady because she only had $30 in the register. An armed society is a polite society.

    • yoselahonda

You ever wonder why we never got into a nuclear war with Russia? They had nukes too. You know why you don't rob a restaurant in Texas? The customers have guns too. Arms stalemate is a wonderful peacekeeper.

    • FartFace

You're obviously highly educated on firearms, crime, and history. What's you're suggestion? Go to foreign hostile countries and preach peace? I'll buy you an American flag tee shirt and a plane ticket to North Korea.

    • 4SOC20saint

guns yes…army? eh that ones a gray area thats why we need our own guns

  • futuresoldier

You liberal pussies! The big ass gun is used to teach our soldiers how the weapon works. You also cannot buy the rocket launchers. Hense no price tag.

    • Guz

What about the little gay pink gun? Is that for Walts like yourself?

      • Zombie

That's for women folk. They like to be "pretty" with their self defense. Same reason my girlfriend won't get a can of mace unless it's "decorative" or some shit.

    • top dog

You shit for brains, who told you that lie? one of your drinkin buddies?
Soldiers learn how a weapon works from Drill Sergeants with real weapons, not from some fat ass in a goddamn pawn shop. If you are going to be a Soldiers you better get your head out of your ass…starting now. You'll know it's out when you hear a loud popping sound.

      • No-name

You shit for brains, DO YOU'RE RESEARCH. THE MILITARY ACTUALLY USED THOSE. Try not be be so damn critical when you yourself don't even know what you're talking about. Judging by the appearance of the fore-grip / barrel shroud , I'd say that one is from the early Vietnam era when soldiers were first being introduced the the M16 platform rifles. Maybe you should take your own advice, I haven't heard any loud popping sounds coming form you yet. You may also want to get a dictionary to help with your spelling.

        • so what

You sir are correct. It is a military training rifle. They used these quite a bit in WWI and WWII(not the M16 but like .30 cal and .50 cal) Rifle is A1 style. Most likely Vietnam era. You learn to shoot on the range. This is for field stripping. Pretty simple hence why the real soldier pointed it out and top dog went section 8.

The rocket launcher can't be purchased by anyone. I don't even think a class 3 would get it. It is either a prop or rendered useless. Just for show.

Speaking of class 3, that is just about the only way a civilian can get a automatic weapon. The term 'assault rifle" or semi automatic is thrown around like it's more evil. A full auto weapon is around 10k legal. And if you get caught with an illegal it's an automatic 10 years. That and your ammo is used up in about 3 seconds.

      • futuresoldier

Hey fuck tart, that is a old ass model of an M-16. They are supposed to destroy them when they are done with them. Someone kept it and sold it to the gun shop, or they bought it at a gun show. Either way. Top dog my ass.

  • doodle

god america's gun laws are fucking retarded.

    • GTO

you have no idea what you are talking about.

    • Rambo

I dont know if your saying they are too strict or not strict enough, although they are retarded it is more to do with random restrictions such as foregrips and flash hiders, although lots varries from state to state.

      • Craven Morhead

        Name +1

    • Cheney's Peacemakers

      Guns don't kill people…I do!

    • Paul

      is this will dowdle?

    • Darrell

If you knew what our gun laws were then you could call them retarded retard.

      • a BiPolar guy

fairly retarded assumption that he doesn't know them. and they are extremely stupid both what's allowed and what's restricted. inconsistent hodge podge across states and municipalities, no underlying consistent logic.

though me I think the outdated and poorly worded second amendment is where we need to start with reform. lets revise it to set a clear foundation that allows both rights and limits to rights and makes sense in the world of today not the world of the late 18th century. The pass federal enforcement acts to implement that modified second amendment in a consistent way everywhere in the US.

        • smack

See, that is kind of the premise of this thing called federalism.

US Constitution either grants powers to the government or specifically limits the federal and state governments from acting in certain areas (bill of rights). For everything else, the states and the citizens are granted the unfettered right to determine their own laws, regulations, restrictions, etc.

    • bowhuntpa

when japan decided to attack america they decided against a land attack because "there would be a gun behind every blade of grass"

      • Stevo

That's an internet myth, a misquote attributed to a Japanese Fleet Admiral.

    • Fuck France

you are a retarded fuck tard!

    • Bass

I agree, and they wonder why their murder (by gun) rates are so high.

      • smack

We don't wonder about it at all; we know why. We just feel that the potential harm to be caused by a criminal with a tool is worth dealing with to maintain the right of patriots to have access to a mechanism whereby the government "of the people, by the people, and for the people" can be held accountable by the 'people'.

      • FartFace

In cities that allow conceal and carry with the proper permits and qualifications, they have a statistically lower crime rate. You don't go around robbing/mugging/car-jacking people if you think they're packing heat.

Guns aren't the only way to kill people. People were being murdered long before we had guns.

    • No-name

And why is that, my good sir? Do go into more detail. Are you saying they're too loose or too strict? Because honestly you just made yourself a jackass on a very popular website. If you DO think that we need to prohibit the private ownership of weapons, well then let me just leave this tidbit here:
This is an excerpt from a letter in the Washington Times, which offers statistics into the truth of gun control. Unfortunately I was unable to find a date for it, though one site told me it is a 2007 article.

"It has now been 12 months since gun owners in Australia were forced by a new law to surrender 640,381 personal firearms to be destroyed by their own government, a program costing Australia taxpayers more than $500 million. The first year results are now in : homicides are up 3.2 percent, assaults are up 8.6 percent and armed robberies are up 44 percent. In the state of Victoria alone, homicides with firearms are now up 300 percent. Note that while law-abiding citizens turned them in, the criminals did not… Australian politicians are at a loss to explain how public safety has decreased, after such a monumental effort and expense was expended in successfully ridding Australian society of guns."

Now, imagine the consequences of an inherently more bloodthirsty society (SAW, anyone?) like the USA attempting measures like this.If we were to prohibit ownership of private weapons, then we, like Australia, would be completely at the mercy of dangerous criminals who don't respect the law to begin with. Why in our right minds should we guarantee them that everyone is defenseless, especially when crime rates are actually DECLINING?! England has even more ridiculous anti-gun laws than Australia, and a higher crime rate than either Australia or the US!!

      • Botherington-Smythe

I'd do a bit more research on that if I were you. Those statistics were put out by a pro gun-ownership group and have since been discredited.

      • C'Mon Man

Seriously dude, do some fact checking. I'm from the US and know that we have the highest violent crime rate in the world. I don't think that it only has to do with the availability of weapons – I'm not here to argue your point – just your facts.

        • No-name

Yes, my apologies. I found out that the information was discredited just last night. But guess what? I also found out that the number of violent crimes DID in fact go up just after the measures were enacted. Meanwhile, the gun crime rate (which was already declining) simply maintained its course. There was no discernable difference in gun crime rates, meaning that all the time and money was still wasted.
Great Britain, on the most stringent anti-gun laws in any democracy – and the highest crime rates. THIS information HAS been confirmed genuine.I still win. Thank you two for being polite about informing me. Good manners are too hard to come by on the internet these days.

    • fibonacci5150

it's pretty retarded being #1, so chillax being free here cool troll brah

    • paulhitchcock

I agree. America's gun laws are retarded. We have to pay $200 and undergo a criminal background check just to buy a suppressor to make our guns quieter so that they don't damage our hearing. How retarded is that?

    • WhiteGuyAtWork

Did you know that today is punch a retarded foreigner and buy a new gun day?

    • doodle

just for clarification, i'm not arguing against gun ownership. i'm arguing against ownership of assault rifles and the like products (as shown above) that have no purpose whatsoever other than killing people. Things like that are simply unnecessary.

      • futuresoldier

Doodle have you ever shot a ar-15? It is a great feeling. Maybe you should hold one in your hands, after that tell me if you get the ourge to go out and kill someone. If you do then you need some serious help. My cousin has one and it is a badass weapon to own. It is also semi-automatic, all guns can kill. Not just the ones that look cool.

      • bluester

I believe the intention of the second amendment are to allow for that exact thing, to kill people, or more specifically the govt. At a time if the govt. started to pass overbearing laws (NDAA, Patriot Act) that the people would have the ability to out gun the govt. and stand up and say NO.

    • Low

god america's gun laws are fucking awesome?

    • 4SOC20saint

your absolutely right America infringes on our right to bear arms way more than it should

  • Bryan

    I doubt that
