Some of these are the Bahama's Blue Holes, covered in a recent National Geographic. The article is awesome; if you get a chance I highly suggest reading it.
Interesting statement, seeing as how the same thing can be said about your picture, minus the whole terrifying thing, because you know motorboating is anything but terrifying
Wow what stunnung photography here! Feels like a National Geographic pictorial…but man, one hairline fracture in a rock and it can turn terrifying in a heartbeat!:o
Is there a law that says every photo of an underwater cave has to have a diver in it? Seriously, was trying to find pics without divers in – there are none.
Hello, Neat post. There’s an issue along with your website in web explorer, might check this? IE still is the market leader and a big element of other people will omit your excellent writing because of this problem.
sweet!
What a sick cave!
That looks awesome. Something to add to my bucket list.
Man I wish I hadn't blown my sinuses out.
Or gotten fat.
The dive master at Sandals in the Bahamas was like 300lbs. But the sinus thing is bad.
A claustrophobic's nightmare.
Something to add to the list of things I won't ever do…….but get to vicariously experience on the chive!
I can't even look at these without feeling short of breath. Same thing happens with underwater scenes in films.
I can't wait!
The Navy RARELY dives in water this nice, unless you're in Guam.
What are you on about? I'm not in the Navy, bro. I'm a welder, and I'm headed to Oahu.
Where are those caverns???????

Back to this: I think it was the August issue. Google "blue holes bahamas", there are way gnarlier photos.
Beautiful. And also terrifying. Thank goodness I can just enjoy them here on the Chive.

wow…simply beautiful <3
google "Cenotes", mucho pretties
A beautifull sight indeed! but i've always wondered if you can find… I dunno… corpses down there
Scratch that. Looking closer at the photos I thought I recognized they are not the cave i was thinking of. Still… been in quite a few others
One of batman's secret entrance to the batcave
