Could not agree more! Love the original show with Clarkeson, Hammond and May, but the American version sucks! I hate that they even call it Top Gear because people who don't know better won't watch the incredible original series because the US version is so bad!

The American series is far too scripted, it has potential but it just isn't working. Tanner Faust is an amazing driver but a terrible TV show host, i am disappoint

YES finally a I can post a comment to, been a loyal chiver for over a year and a half now but this is the only photo I've ever seen here that really made me wanna post.
I can't agree with it more, the original is outta this world and i managed to see a few episodes of the US version one, and they're rubbish.

Glad to see you Yanks have the same problem as us down here in Australia. Our boofhead TV exec's have been making lame versions of the original for a few years now and failing dismally. Top Gear UK works because of the unique on screen chemistry of these three particular blokes. It is something that can't easily be copied, although it never stops them from trying.
