The first set of photos are from the 2004 Civil War/Rebellion. Soldiers of the Royal 22nd Regiment and 438 Tactical Helicopter Squadron.     Just a correction, there’s no such thing as Royal 22nd Regiment in Canada.
    It’s a french-canadian unit, and the name is not to be translated.

    therefore it is Royal 22e Régiment abbreviated R22eR

    I took the first two photos in this gallery. It was actually 430 Tactical Helicopter Squadron from Valcartier, Quebec deployed with some members of 438 Sqn in augmentation. Both pics were taken in Port au Prince, Haiti, March-July 2004.
