I’m not gonna lie, I think it has always been a childhood fantasy of mine to have my own secret room/trap door. This may the closest you or I ever get. Don’t hate. Let me dream….let the boy dream.

I have one. My master BR has/had an extra door that leads to the office/spare BR with a small 6 foot hallway connecting. It's kind of a weird place for a door and I'd always wanted one of these so I sheetrocked both ends and put a small access panel on the master BR side. Because the space is over the stairs, it doesn't look like there's any space missing. I thought about hiding it completely with a magnetic door latch but decided on the panel with a heavy chest-of-drawers in front of it. It's roughly a 6×4 room but it's perfect to hide jewelry, electronics, and my many, many guns. It's basically a walk-in vault except you have to crawl in.

Pretty bad ass but I been doing tile and marble work most of my life seen alot of very nice homes…with about every hide away you could come up with….one even with a fireplace that slid on the floor opening to a round stair case going down…to a basement best one so far that I have seen…thanks for sharing hehe..
