I second the motion for worst post ever. Also, this just gives a bad rap to fitness. If you're not a steroid pumping douche then you're a 30 something or over the hill office wannabe who is trying to hold on to their last measure of attractiveness and spends hours in a rat race fitness spa, health club, secret sign-up fee that no one knows about gym!
