There were a great deal of close calls, but this is the list of action movies from the 80s that are so bad it’s hard to hate them. But please feel free to let me know what you think the list is missing.

Just finished watching "The Running Man" and I actually thought it was really cool. It has everything you expect from an 80s action movie including bad guy selection in arcade video game style, good guys dropping all their weapons after each fight just to improvise new weapons with pieces of scenery 5 minutes later, irritating long choreographic sequences of girls in leotards and, of course, Arnie my favourite action hero of all times (and his female counterpart, of course, the sexy Maria Conchita Alonso). Looking forward to watch "The Octagon" from this list. @Jiv "Big Trouble" is beyond awesome too, great suggestion!
