Her name is Tzivka. She was getting a tan one sunny day in Israel when a lawnmower, out of nowhere, ate her up and spit her out (I have no journalistic tact). She was left paralyzed in her rear legs. The awesome vets at the Ramat Gan Safari near Tel Aviv gave Tzivka a new lease on life and fit her with a pair of wheels from a toy Ferrari.

They could have at least given the poor thing some off road tires! If that was in the US, they would have used Tonka Toy tires with 2" spinner rims and that tortoise would have been jacked-up in the rear.
Nice job by the Docs to use some ingenuity to save the little fella.
