While Europe is all pretty much just one country according to you Americans, the Houses of Parliament in actual fact boast green coloured seats, a dress code, no desks, (regrettably) less fondling, and a strict 'no Silvio Burlesconi' policy.

    Agreed, my college girlfriend did an experiment for statistics class and it took around 270 on average to get to the center with about 40 people doing the "experiment". It took her much less to get to my creamy center.
