Dude the picture is from the 1980′s. Putin was already in his late 30s by then. When this picture was taken he was a legit and well known KGB spy. That’s him with the camera in the background.

Sigh… how dumb was the person that made this? That isn’t Putin. Among other things that kid is WAY too young to be him. Looking at the first image it is possible that the blond guy behind the kid is Putin. Since Putin was a high ranking KGB official (head of it at one point) it is not surprising that he would have met Reagan.

It is also strongly mentioned that Putin was in Dresden as a Major at that time as well. Of course perhaps they had some sort of commie time machine to make this all work.
