#14 looks like Mt. Vernon, Washington. They hold a tulip festival every year.

It's actually the Festival of Flowers at the Biltmore Estate in Asheville, North Carolina. I recognize the the big house and the mountains in the background–I live in the city.

Actually, scratch that. I thought the big thing in the back was a house, but I think it might just be trees! Lol. If it's Washington, then they look very similar.
