It's the Conrad Maldives hotel (in the Maldives . . .) That "room" is actually a restaurant, but they turned it into a room for some sort of anniversary or something.

This actually is an Ice hotel. It is located in Kiruna, Sweden. It is pretty cool, but f*$%ing cold.
