when i was a kid i did have some thing like this… only much larger- 2 stories with the second having sloped ceilings with the highest point being 4 ft. my dad used scrap wood, old windows from a friend, and our old back door. when i got a bit older(12) we ripped out the wood floor and put in bricks, upstairs we put in that cheap green indoor/outdoor carpeting, and repainted everything. my friend and i also found furniture, blankets, curtains, and various knick knacks at garage sales and thrift shops. in it's prime it was amazing. now it's used for storage.

I can’t figure out why someone would think that what this guy does is even remotely disgusting. After all, he’s not using old toilet paper and snot rags. Granted, they wouldn’t be my first choice in places to live, but they’re better than some of the alternatives…
