The "video transmitter" is plugged into the headphone jack. Video out, when supported by the app, would come out via the custom Apple iPod connection on the bottom of the phone. So, I'll be second to call "fake." But still a clever "hack."

The most obvious give away that it is fake is that at 35 seconds you can see a screen in the background (just left of center) change to the chinese guy
