OK seriously none of those pizzas looked all that good. If you want GOOD pizza and WINGS you have to come to my home town of BUFFALO NY. Ive been all over and nowhere beats pizza and wings from Buffalo.

this list could be 100 long and still not even scratch the surface. Just in S.F. alone you could come up with another 20-30. Not to mention dozens on the peninsula. Mmmmmm… Pizza.

#7 Has almost choked me to death on two seperate occassions, but it was worth it. Probably the best deep dish in the world.

ANY CHIVERS IN LA!!! Not just the best…but the only EDIBLE pizza…NY&C pizza in Santa Monica…12th and Wilshire…serving the best NY style there is!

HOLY SHIT #25 is what I grew up on

Congrats to Jake's Pizza for taking the #1 spot! There are 2 or 3 Jake's locations within a 40 mile radius of each other, and they are all delicious. I used to live just down the road from the one in Mankato, MN and I can honestly say that it is the BEST pizza I have ever had!

I love how you guys are trying to sabotage Patty's weight-loss with food posts.

BLASPHEMY! As a resident of CT, and a man who loves pizza, I have to say that Pepe's pizza (also in New Haven) is better than Sally's.

    Hideaway Pizza from Stillwater Oklahoma!

Been to New Haven Pizza joints – they claim to have invented the art….they all suck. SUCK. They suck the sweat from dead men's balls. Boring, flat, over cooked crackers with ketchup. As evidence, I present #4 .

there are so many better pizzas in Chicago then #13 – I can say though #25 is pretty awesome pizza

#18 Ive lived in El paso for 18 Years and I have never heard of this place. I gotta check it out when I'm home next time!

#8 Never heard of that place…ever. Me thinks whoever submitted it has never eaten at Campisi's.

#22 Is definitely great pizza, especially since you have to order it a day in advance. I live 5 mins from Taconelli's and only had it a handful of times.

Chuck E. Cheese? Even on April Fool's day that's just sad.

I LOVE the chive NO MATTER WHAT …even if the california bay area selections are way off. i know its conterversial and hard to really get a bottom line, but, in the bay ZACHARIES PIZZA IN BERKELEY ON SOLANO AVE IS THE BEST PIZZA ALMOST ANYWHERE. i was a delivery driver for a hippy type super "fancy" pizza place and it made me a snob about that shit and trust me….if you YELP ed the san francisco choice people that reviewed it werent even trippin at all as apposed to ZACHARIES !!!! THE CHIVE IS STILL THE DOPEST

Who came up with this? How do you judge? Apizza Scholls…that's a mile away from me, but I haven't been. As a former Bostonian who spent a lot of time in NYC, I was used to huge slices for cheap. Portland's got pricey, decent but not great, pizza as a whole, so I haven't really explored…maybe this is a sign to change this.

Pepe's Pizza is better than Sally's

ANYONE HAD PIZZA KING, AN INDIANA TRADITION? I have lived in Chicago for 12 years now and still go home craving this.

  • WZB

There are only 2 legitimate places pizza can come from in this country and not taste like garbage: NY metro are and Chicago metro area. No offense, but the dough tastes like crap everywhere else (it's all about the water).

  • RocknRollDr.

List fails without La Casa Pizza in Omaha, NE

  • Paulie from Chicago

Ya forgot LaVilla Pizza in Chicago!!! Or for that matter, The S.O.B. Pizza at Pete's Pizza also in Chicago.

  • Tyler Rooster Paskey

I can't believe Jake's Pizza from my little hometown made The Chive!!!! This is so awesome!!

  • Brandon
