#3 is actually still paralised. That was a german game show. The host has resigned after this accident.

#3 really isnt funny, sorry chive. He made those stunts on that german tv game show to be hired as a professional stunt man. But unfortunately he didnt made the jump over the third car (which was actually driven by his own dad!). He is still paralized lying in a specialized clinic in switzerland. Its not likely that he'll ever be able to move again. On top as mentioned, the show was immediately aborted, and the game host (a lengend in german TV History), took that incident as a reason to retire from the show after 20 years. Its the biggest European TV Show called "Wetten Dass", btw. Would be very happy if you'd remove that chive. It's tragic and i would really dislike it if it would become viral.

I agree what happened to #3 was bad, but it wasn't like the man was walking down the street when this happened. Most of us would have thought the guy WAS ok if so many people hadn't freaked out about this gif. If he was trying to be a professional stuntsman, he was likely aware of the risks he was taking. Not exactly an injury-free profession, people die all the time from it.

people do dangerous things for money, It brings in viewers because of how dangerous it is. That guy in #3 is a adult he knew what he was doing, and he was doing it for money. If he was living ok up to that point he didn't need more money, which means that he was greedy… One of the 7 deadly sins for you church goers. So yeah it may not be funny and it sucks, but he knew what he was doing… maybe people need to learn from others mistakes and misfortune

All the people whining about how the guy in #3 was hurt need to grow up. The world isn't fair, people get hurt when they do stupid shit like try to jump a moving car. Just because the guy got hurt for real doesn't make the act before it any less funny, it just imparts a lesson to be learned: risk your life for money or a rush and you might lose.

I still laugh my ass off. But you won't catch me trying to jump a car.

One definition of "accident" is 'such a happening resulting in injury that is in no way the fault of the injured person' This does not qualify. well i guess you have a point- still doesn't stop me feeling sorry for the guy or hope the chive doesn't turn into one of those sites that post deaths/horrible injuries no matter how stupid/irresponsible those in the video are. People on the show don't get money for taking part (they can win a car though if the audience votes for them). And knowing the fact that his own father driving the A4 crippled him makes this even more tragic!
